|I just placed an order for a Ford ESP, now what do I do?|
|Your Ford ESP is automatically registered with Ford Motor Company and your contract and all applicable documents will be emailed to you within 3 business days. Simply print out the documents and file them in a secure location. You DO NOT need to take your contract with you when visiting your local Ford dealer. Your Ford ESP contract will appear in your Ford dealership's computer when they enter your serial number.
If you elect to have your vehicle serviced at a non-Ford garage, you will need to have your paperwork with you and the servicing garage will have to call Ford to verify coverage.
|How do I cancel my Ford ESP?|
|To cancel your Ford ESP, simply email us using the Customer Service page or call us at 1-937-552-5616. Please be prepared to provide your name, address and your vehicle's serial number.|
|How do I track my Ford ESP order?|
|Visit your Account Page to find the status of your order or call us at 1-937-552-5616. You should receive all your paperwork via email within 3 business days.|
|After 3 days, my Ford ESP contracts never arrived via email OR I never received an email confirmation after purchase.|
|First check your Account Page to verify you entered the correct email address. If you did not receive a confirmation email immediately after placing the order, that is also an indication that you entered an incorrect email address. Please call us at 1-937-552-5616.|
